How to workout BICEPS?!


Question: How to workout BICEPS.?
Hey! Dudes,
I wanna build my biceps.
So, please tell me the name of the biceps exercise that I should workout to build them
hard and more big.

Earlier, I used to play cricket (batting helped me in having strong biceps) and have 11 inches of hard biceps and now i wanna build them more big through correct way.

My Specifications:
Height 5.7
Weight 67 Kgs.
Age 18yrs.

My Questions:
Please tell everything in detail.
Q1 Name of the biceps exercise.
Q2 How to do this exercise.
Q3 How much kgs. of weight should i use during workout.

Answers:
This workout will put u on the path to big arms. I say 'arms', because I'm assuming you want OVERALL big arms, not just big biceps, so this means you need to work your tricpes, too.
Do this workout twice a week, for best results.

Biceps:
Barbell curl - 3sets of 8-12 reps
Preacher Curls - 2 sets 8-12 reps
Incline Bench Curls - 2 sets of 8-12 reps

Triceps:
Pushdowns - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
French Press - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
2-Hand Overhead Dumbell Extensions - 3sets of 8-12 reps


As for weight, pick a weight that allows you to do at least 8, but no more than 12. You know ur own strength better than I do, so you figure that one out for yourself.
And as for how to do the exercises... research them on Google. It ain't hard, and I can't do EVERything for ya, bro. lol

Easy as pie man, my specification are 5'8 165 15 years, but curls, push ups, and pull ups, all until failure (the point you cant do absolutely no more) weight doesn't matter as long as its not like 5, if you can lift above twenty with one hand, you should probably do 25-30 pounds.Health Question & Answer
