If you got a pastor or priest, go see them. Speak to you school counsellor as well. Your doctor can also help. You can walk into the hospital emergency room as well, notify them you are suicidal and you have tried to kill yourself in the past an you will receive help there because they do try to keep one emergency psychiatrist on duty.
I have heard of people being addicted to drugs, sexually abused and suicidal and they overcame it, what ever your problem is I think you can overcome it too, but death is not the answer.
