Question: What is the quickest healthiest way to lose 10 pounds of FAT (not water) from your abs.?
I am 5'4 and weigh 125 pounds. I want to weigh 115 pounds. My weight is carried in my chest a lot because I'm busty but the part I don't like is on my lower abs especially and some chubbiness on my back. I think losing 10 pounds should cover everything because I got to 120 pounds once and I wasn't totally content. How can I lose the weight.?Health Question & Answer

It is nearly impossible to "spot reduce" from a specific area. You have to lose fat overall which will reduce a proportionate amount from your abs. Losing weight will reduce your cest somewhat too. The best way to do that is aerobic, also called cardio, exercise such as running or bicycling fairly long distances. also, a rigid diet helps.
