What are some strength training moves I should do?!


Question: What are some strength training moves I should do.?
I'm trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. I also want to get toned.
If I have a healthy diet and do 40min of cardio (Billy Blanks Cardio Workout) each day. Do you think I could lose 20 pounds.?.?.?

I always have like an hour of free time. I'm thinking of doing 15 min of stairclimbing. Then I have 45 min to do strength moves. But I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have a website or something.?.?.?.?

yes you can lose it but losing 20lbs takes a good plan.

a good plan should involve 3 things:

the CORRECT diet. more specifically, the proper combination of macronutrients (carbs/protein/fats)

cardio (proper type of cardio based on the above diet)

lifting weights (to maintain and/or build muscle (cuz muscle burns fat))
