Is it bad to pig-out once if you're losing weight?!


Question: Is it bad to pig-out once if you're losing weight.?
I've been going to the gym for the last couple of months and eating pretty healthy. I've been steadily losing weight and looking better. On the other hand, I'm CRAVING pizza and bread sticks and everything bad for you. Would it be bad to just order this garbage and eat for one day.? Or will that throw off my routine completely (I already did a 5 mile run today)Health Question & Answer

You should always try to treat yourself with something "bad" at least once a week. This is so you don't go into a rampage and pig out on all of your cravings at once and get off track. Maybe order one slice of pizza.? And then eat a salad on the side. You should treat yourself to one of your cravings every week. This way, if you are to go out to a restaurant, you aren't killing yourself over ordering a desert. Dieting and losing weight shouldn't make you feel guilty of eating delicious foods. Maybe select a day to have this special treat, like Friday, so that way for the whole week you work your butt off, and on Friday you know you did a good job so this is your reward for doing so. Having a treat once in a while won't kill you :)
