Question: Are fry ups really unhealthy if i grill everything instead of fry.?
For example:
Grilled tomato and mushrooms
1 grilled sausage
2 rashers of grilled bacon
2 oven baked hash browns
2 scrambled eggs
baked beans.
I am aware that this is not super healthy, but is it really all that bad if its all grilled.?Health Question & Answer

What's bad about frying is if you use high-fat/high-cholesterol oil. While in grilling, you might get carcinogens. A little of both won't harm you, though. I prefer grilled foods btw. :)Health Question & Answer
It's the fat that is the probem. All the foods you mention will contain fat, and also too much salt overall.Health Question & Answer
