Question: I'm 14...If I do this, will I lose the weight.?
I'm 5'1 and a quarter (basically 5'2) and 150 pounds. I want to get down to 130 or 125. My mom joined Curves (for both of us) and we'll go 3 times a week to work out...there's this circle of about 12 machines and you go on each one for 30 seconds for a half hour.
My calves stay pretty toned all the time because I walk a lot at school. My classes are far apart, and I go up and down 5 flights of stairs a few times a day. Then I have gym a couple times a week.
I also have guitar lessons, so I don't know if I'll join a karate class or not (it is something I have an interest in doing). Along with this I'll eat very healthy, pack my lunch when a healthy school lunch isn't available. Drink lots of water, eat only when I'm hungry and healthy snacks. Key word=HEALTHY.
