Question: I started to stop eating 5 hrs before bed a month ago the first 2 weeks i lost 2 kg.then the loss stopped why.?
i breastfeed a 4 months old i started a normal diet when i reduce my calorie intake so as to lose weight, but this affected my milk supply. so i returned to eat normally during the day but cut food 5hrs before bed it worked the first 2 Weeks then no more. it seems i got used to it i even don't feel very hungry.why.?.?.?
ps: breastfeeding doesn't affect my weight it doesn't help me lose or gain.Health Question & Answer

The dreaded *plateau*......sometimes your body catches on that you are trying to lose weight and it works hard to keep that fat on!

If I were you, I would cut my sodium and fat intake instead of calorie intake and increase water. Your body uses/needs the calories to make the milk as you know, but it doesn't need the sodium or the fat. The sodium actually hurts by retaining water weight.
