Question: How can I get motivated to lose weight .?
I was on a really good track eating and excercising, but this weekend, (halloween!), had me eating candy, cakes, pizza, etc. I am so dissapointed in myself. What can I do to make myself not eat anything like this.? Like is there something I can say that will make me not want to eat it.? Please help.Health Question & Answer

I tell myself all the time that I don't need it. I tell myself in the store so I don't buy it. I have a scale so I can remind myself why I'm not buying that stuff anymore. If it doesn't come into my house I don't eat it.
