Question: I need to lose weight and need help.?
i am 17 and female. i am 5'8" tall and 130 pounds (clothes on). i know that sounds fine but i really want to get to about 115-120 pounds. the reason why is because my body has fat all over it i excerscise and everything but my arms look bulky i want them to look straight up and dwon. i have had an eating disorder before and i want to lose weight again. but not go that far. how do i lose weight fast. if i dont eat for a whole day and only have dinner (because my mum will force me to eat that and thats the only time she can watch me eat0 answer everythingHealth Question & Answer


Answers:
Skipping meals will cause you to gain weight. That weight gain is in the form of fat cells.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you can not go for a fast fix.
Eat breakfast every morning. This is the most important meal of the day.
Drink at least a gallon of water per day (That's 8 glasses) Stay away from fast food, chips, dips, sodas and other junk food.
Eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Blue berries and strawberries are among the best. Be careful with salads. Even though you may think they are dietary, they can be quite fattening with all the extras put on them.
If you eat meat, eat lean meat. The leaner the better. also grilled, broiled or baked is always better than fried. (Which is never good) You should eat fish at least three times a week (Baked or broiled) Squeeze lemon juice on it, tastes better. LOL
Above all else exercise! If you don't already. Walking is the best.

You're young and you should notice a big difference in about 30 days.

For your age & stats, you need about 1400 calories a day, along with 30-45 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week to lose weight. Don't try for more than 2-3 pounds per week, otherwise you're going to lose what little muscle you have left.

Dont be stupid. If you want to lose weight w/e, do it, but do it healthy. You're still growing and that is so bad for you, why are you being so horrible to yourself.? You have to eat. Just...why don't you cut the carbs.? Go on a straight protein and veggie diet. Trust me that'll get you down fast, but eat a MINIMUM of three meals a day.Health Question & Answer
