Answers:
Back before i did total body every day i used to go EXTRA heavy on arm day. (I was born with noodle arms)

Make sure you put extra emphasis on the triceps, with perfect form. dips are great

I would go home and eat as much as i possibly could. The whole day i felt like i wanted to hurl from all the forcefeeding

that is the best way to do it mayne.

Your muscles grow in response to the workload placed upon them. If you stop lifting and instead start sitting on the couch in front of the cartoons, your check muscles will grow but that's about it... all your mucsles will suffer from atrophy and diminish in size. The good news is though, that your msucels have like an elastic memory so you can more readily get them back to their previous size.

The muscles you complain about are the large ones. They take the most effort because they are bigger muscles! Compound exercises are best for these muscles, mate. Deadlifts, clean and jerk, upright rows, squats and lunges... you get the picture.Health Question & Answer

Well if you stopped complete yes you would probably lose some after awhile. I stopped lifting last Dec and started again in April...big mistake and lost a fair amount. The weights i used to do easily became hard again. also work the muscles you want to grow. I don't think working one muscle will make one grow unless your actually working it out unknowingly.Health Question & Answer

No, if you work out at all, muscle gets gained everywhere. Even if you're just working out your fingers, this muscle is gained everywhere!! It's awesome!Health Question & Answer
