Question: Is it possible to get really muscular without cardio.?
ok so heres my story
im 16 and weigh from 215-230 lbs
i started working out because i was weak and i have manboobs
so what i want to know is
can i get really muscular or bulky from just working out and no cardio.?

Bodybuilders will go through a 'bulk' phase where they eat more and lift heavy to gain muscle then go through a 'cut' phase where they eat clean food and do cardio with weight training. You should definitely incorporate cardio into your routine because you are still overweight, get rid of the weight first add cardio to your routine. And taking whey protein alright anything else isn't really necessary at your age.

Yes, but you won't be able to see it. Cardio gives you that lean and cut look. Taking supplements would help your muscles grow, but in order to really burn off the fat, you need to do cardio.
