Best breakfast to build up muscles?!


Question: Best breakfast to build up muscles.?
For a few weeks my breakfast has been
1 boiled egg (only eat the white part) (gives lots of protein)
1 banana (healthy fat)
1 glass of milk later on (calcium)
Could I improve this or what.?Health Question & Answer

You need more, breakfast is literally your most important meal and should be the most calorie dense...incorporate cottage cheese...more vegetables...search "protein pancakes"....REAL oatmeal....a personal favorite of mine is protein powder, cottage cheese, oats, and yogurt mixed together
