How can i lose atleast 10 pounds in 2 weeks?!


Question: How can i lose atleast 10 pounds in 2 weeks.?
Ok well some background information:
im 132 pounds.
im a 14 year old girl
I have absolutely NO will power what so ever
i have a gut,big thighs, and love handles

So what im asking is any exercise advice on my key areas up there.And weight loss help.THANKS!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin.
Then, it is not possible to lose weight by exercising only because it's hard to burn off high caloric food. Look at this chart:

1000 calories consumed from food - 1000 calories burned through
exercise


2 servings of ice cream (8 oz each) - 2,5 hours of High Impact
Aerobics

8 glasses of wine (6 oz each) - 1,5 hors running at 7 mph


3 margaritas (6.6 oz each) - 4.5 hours walking at 4 mph

5 slices of domino pizza (12'' pizza) - 4 hours of Hatha Yoga
you will have to exercise day and night, and do nothing else, to burn off what you eat.
So, inevitably, you will need a diet to accompany you during exercising.

Make sure to breath out on the way up and breathe in on the actual lunge.

losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks is very difficult and I would say that if you lost it most of it would be water weight which you would put back on real quick. you mentioned that you have a gut. Sorry, but being that you are not in bad shape.... actually all of us guys know that you women are real tough on yourselves when it comes to your looks so, oh.... and you have no will power.? Thats part of YOUR problem.

Ok, seriously. 1300-1500 calorie a day diet. NO sugar,sodium,fat, or little as possible. Moderate carbs though. You will need them for energy because you will have to begin the most horrible cardio workout of your life!!!! 90% of getting in shape is done in the kitchen. Health Question & Answer

Your problem with willpower is similar to a lot of people...and probably for the same reason. Losing weight is boring and can stress you out.
