I weighed about 128 lbs. for a very long time and now i'm 28 y/o 5' 6" and in the past year i finally gained weight and love it but now i'm stuck at 145 lbs. but I want to be at 155 lbs as i'm working out at home. And PLEASE don't tell me to just eat more than what i normally do. I want some good tips on what to eat and how much hourly, daily, weekly etc...Health Question & Answer

Okay, let's look at this systematically.
You currently consume X amount of calories. Your daily activity burns Y amount of calories. In order to put on weight, you need to make X greater than Y. That means what you take in should be greater than what you use up. I leave it up to you to calculate those numbers, but you should be able to find calculators using Google.

Normally when eating healthy you're encouraged to eat small meals 4-6 times per day (keeps your metabolism running at a steady pace). So... take the Y value, divide it by 4-6, and that's the minimum amount you should be eating at each meal.
In between meals I suggest you move from water to milk/juice since they contain more calories. Sports drinks are also a good idea, but they can be expensive. You can find many homemade sports drinks recipes using Google as well.
I would also add the occasional protein shake into your daily routine. A nice protein smoothie with fruit, powder, milk, yogurt, and maybe some peanut butter is both healthy and a meal by itself.

Finally- don't rush. If you gain 1-2 lbs per week/month, then that's fine. Think marathon, not sprinting.Health Question & Answer

A lot of people would consider you lucky to have the opposite problem they do! Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so you can gain weight and add definition to your body by strength training and toning your muscles. Weight lifting would help you. also, eat a lot of protein (eggs, peanut butter) and carbs (bread, pasta) to help you bulk up.

Eat alot of meals a day, im not just saying eat MORE im saying instead of eating mainly 3 meals divide them into 6 meals or so and take protein supplements and dont just eat fatty foods eat lots of protein and meat like nuts and turkey, ham, eggs, on top of that don't do drugs which im assuming you don't but that will just mess up everything.
