i am active, rarely eat more than two meals a day, do not drink soda's, not a junk head nor eat fried foods. do not smoke/drink. 20 pounds just will not drop and need to do this i even have a reminder on my desktop that is on my start-up menu.Health Question & Answer

okay sounds like your eating great and your very active, but maybe the problem isnt the input-output. i think you need to speed up your metabolisam. try drinking lots of ice water, and hot water after meals, until your about to explode. and eat 6-8 small frequent meals a day. hope it works for you!
