THis is my meal plan for today:

Snack-pineapples-80 cals

Lunch-turkey sandwich on whole grain bread and brocoli in a low cal cheese sauce-285 cals

Yes, that sounds good. I think you can even add one more snack if you need it. Another thing you can do is mix up your cardio sometimes. Instead of doing the elliptical everyday, go outside for a fast walk for 30 min. If you have any hand weights, it would be great to incorporate some weight bearing exercises into your routine. Having extra muscle helps your body burn more calories. Good luck and keep up the good work!Health Question & Answer

If you could keep that up it would certainly loose you weight. But the question is, can you keep it up for the 70ish dayishs it would take for you to lose that weight.? If you can, that's great, but think about maybe taking every 3rd day off from your diet and breaking even in calories that day.

also, crunches give you a pretty belly, but they don't burn that many calories. Keep in mind when losing weight you want to focus on calories most.

Oh, and to get the 70ish days. I'd guess a 5'1 woman would burn about 2350 calories doing what you're doing (maybe more, depending on your day today life). There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, and your diet and exercise would keep your metabolism up. So I did 25(pounds) / ((2340ish - 1150ish)\3500).
Okay sounds great, but keep it up!Health Question & Answer

I think the 1st 2 questions are BS... Anyway you diet plan looks good, you're getting just about enough calories. But it also depends on how much you used to consume and how much less you're consuming and how much you're losing working out. Just remember 3500 calories is equal to 1 pound. So if you're consuming that much less a week + losing them through your workouts you can lose 1 pound a week. If you want to lose 25 pounds thats 25 weeks. But if you cut your calories by 3500 a week and yyou're burning like 1500 a week in your workouts thats a pound and a half a week and it will take you about 19 weeks.. You can get the idea now :) Good luck!Health Question & Answer

i think what ur going to do sounds great (might even try it myself) its eating healthy, but still enjoying ur food! and exercise aswell, i say well done for losing weight in a good way, unlike some people i read about on here.

This way of doing it will also ensure longer lasting results as the weight will reduce slowly, and its easy to keep up after xHealth Question & Answer

Sounds great to me. If your still hungrey after working out your can still afford about 150 calories. I would add a bowl of low sugar cereal or and apple, but otherwise everything is fineHealth Question & Answer

I think its a very good plan. As long as you stick to your plan I think it will happen.
