I am 16 years old, I am 5 foot 10 inches tall, and weigh about 140 pounds. I'm pretty skinny and I am looking to gain some muscle.
Target Areas are my arms and abdominal. I want to get really muscular arms, I not looking for a "six-pack" on my abdominal, just a little Definition. Just basic exercises (NO GYMS OR MEDICATION) and tell me how many to do and how often.

im trying to gain muscle tooo =)
im 15 5ft 5 135lbs went up from 100
but here's what i do
eat 3000cals a day u migh need more ur taller i recommend 3500cals
6 meals every 3hrs each meal having a minimum 25g protein maxiumum 55g protein and no more than 80g carbs per meal this makes it so the meals are balanced and ur not over eating in one sitting
workout using body weight it's very possible
day 1 push ups 100incline 100 decline 100 flat 100dips use two chairs
day 2 rest
day 3 pull ups get a pull up bar do 50 wide handed 50 close handed palm facing and 50 mid turning ur palm away from u
day 4 75 1 legged squats on each leg
3 sets of 50 lunges so 150 total 75 per leg
5 sets of 20-25 1 legged calf raises and 2 sets of 50 of two legged calf raises
then wall sits do 5 for as long as u can resting 1 min in between
day 5 rest
day 6 abs day many ab exercises bicycle leg lifts v ups crunches stomach vaccuum
day 7 rest
repeat

this is good w/o wieghts itd be better if u had dumbells but this is good to gain mass if u do each exercise slowly and in sets of as many as u can great form then ur fine dont rush the push ups or pull ups have good form that builds muscle i just threw numbers up for a goal u may have to start lower Health Question & Answer

well can you join maybe a basketball team.? that really helps...when i started basketball, it took a couple weeks/maybe a month or so but i started gaining alot of muscle, i also ran and ate healthy things Health Question & Answer

well a trainer or instructor. and you need to be in a good positive state of mind to keep you going and feel energetic instead of stopping half way through your session.Health Question & Answer
