Hi, Monica, this is the my "go to" diet for fast weight loss:
1) Go on the 5-4-3-2-1 diet

It works really well, but choose healthy foods to eat (lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, heart-healthy oils). You don't want your metabolism to get sluggish because that slows weight loss.
2) Give up all sweet drinks (even diet soda) and drink mostly water
3) Give up all extra sodium (don't salt your food and don't eat salty food)
4) Give up sugar (this is easy after the first three days)
5) Be active 30-60 minutes a day (the more the better for your metabolism and for burning calories)

I once went on a two week, Only Fruit Diet, I got to eat as much fruit as I wanted and in the end I lost weight and I felt and looked better. If your weight is in the stomach area you might just want to look into colon cleansing. I had a friend who tried this and lost around 22 pounds in a short time, he said that when he gets his will power up to do it again he will try to follow the instructions better so that his results would be better. I guess he really liked eating food, but it does not sound like you have that problem. Depends how much time you have, and what your doing now is horrible and you might lose a little weight at first but not much because your body will go into starvation mode and slow your metabolism and hold onto the fat that is there already. if you are going to skip ANY meal it should be dinner, ALWAYS eat breakfast. try cutting yoru carbs down, not completely but alot. youd be surprised how many carbs are in food, like an 8 oz glass of oj has 30 something. anyways, change all white enriched flour food to wheat and eat TONS of fruits and veggies. once i did that i lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks. veggies and fruits will jumpstart your weightloss like you wouldnt believe. lots and lots of water.Health Question & Answer

Though this probably isn't the answer you want, I'm giving it to you anyways. Crash diets make you lose weight pretty quickly, but you gain all of the weight back and more ALWAYS. First of all, eating breakfast speeds up your metabolism. Secondly the high sodium content in diet drinks make you gain water weight.
As far as healthy and actually effective ways to lose weight, you should eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. Your total caloric intake should be no less than 1200 calories.

crash diets don't work!!!!!!! i don't know why people don't understand this! first of all, YOU NEED to eat breakfast to get your metabolism going so that you burn calories throughout the day. second, diet coke is NOT a lunch sweetie...at least try a lean cuisine or something. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, skip dessert, and eat three square meals a day. And there is no diet on this planet that helps you lose weight fast. Just calculate your BMI, watch your calories, and you should lose weight healthily. Good luck and whatever you do, do not starve yourself. Oh, and get 30 to 60 minutes to exercise a day! that's essential! : )

NO NO NO. you do NOT want to skip eating. this in turn will only make you gain weight. sounds stupid but trust me, it will happen. it can also lead to eating disorders and other problems. and dont you know that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day.?" why do you need to lose weight FAST.?! everyones body is different and you simply might not be able to drop pounds immediately.

eat GOOD foods with low fat. eat plenty of fruits and veggies. dont fill up on sugars, starches, and meats. DO NOT starve yourself, do not throw your food up.
