Answers:
Just be careful of what you eat. Start looking at food labels and noticing what things you are doing well, and what things you could be doing better.

To lose the weight, you need to create what is called a negative caloric balance, which means that you need to be burning more calories than you are taking in.

My advice.? Get active. If your school has a weight room, use it. The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you will burn, even while you sleep. Do total body exercises, with a weight light enough that you can do 12-15 reps with. Call up your friends and have a pickup game of basketball. Find something you enjoy doing and KEEP MOVING!!

You can do it, trust me. It takes a while to really get into it, but once you start seeing results, you will be proud of yourself, and want to keep it going. Do it for yourself!

Happy losing!!Health Question & Answer

I think you're ok but if you want to tighten up... I have been doing a lot of leg raises, crunches and waist twists while sitting on the floor holding a medicine ball, not too heavy and touching it to the floor to each side of me twisting across my body to do . Start out with sets and increase. This has helped. I would cut out any sugary things you eat and just watch your portions. Find out what a portion should be and stick with that. At 18 you should see results pretty quick if you just work out a little..I also do ten minutes on the treadmill at a full hill grade at 2.8 mph but if you can't do the treadmill then find a walking route that has hills or do stairs or bleachers. Just be safe where ever you chose to walk. I have also been doing squats with ten lb weights. make sure you have good form when doing these or you can hurt yourself. Look online for proper techniques. also Stretch after you work out..its very important. Good LuckHealth Question & Answer

Lose about 25 lbs and it should firm up. At that height anything over 120 lbs is going to be flabby. Do some ab toning exercises, go to the gym and they'll help.
