protein is great for anything like trying to build muscle. there are products also that make it easier to build muscle but id strongly advise u to stay away from them (their sometime dangerous, and often dont work) . and be careful at the gym to, try and not go o.t.t, and overdo weights.

eat more! you need to eat correctly and if you are trying to bulk up do high weight and low reps instead of doing 50 reps of 15 lbs..... do like 3 sets of 3 reps of 25.... so do 3 reps then 3, then 3Health Question & Answer
