Weight loss :)..........................!


Question: Weight loss :).........................?
hi im twelve. Im no
t overweight but for some reasone ven though im not overweight- im fat. Its hard to explain lol. So I want to lose five or six inches by the end of the year but really my main focus is getting healthier. So heres my plan- tell me if you think it will work :)

1) An hour of random dancing ( as in jumping around to my favorite music) everyday
2) a Breakfest at around 7 am which would consist of lots of water and cascadian farm organic multigrain squares. no milk because dairy makes me sick
3) for lunch either a plain chicken breast or plain shrrimp with a side of veggie
4) For dinner I will have plain chicken if I had shrimp for lunch and plain shrimp if I had chicken for lunch
5) snacks will be fruit and veggie
6) weekends I excersize alot with my dad mostly weight training at gym and running

Dear, don't worry too much about your figure at the tender age of 12, however it is good to stay fit. Do make sure you are getting some variety into your eating schedule. I have found that limiting myself usually ends in me binging during a stressful day, which negates all the work I did beforehand. Lean protein and fiber are great ways to stay full and still get nutrients. Fun exercise (like dancing) is also great to keep up your interest, and so is alternating between strength training and cardio. Whatever you do, DO NOT STARVE yourself. It is bad for your body and your health and can result in some pretty serious consequences. Make sure you are getting the right amount of calories each day, and if you get hungry then listen to your body and choose a smart snacking option.
