Question: What should i do workout or not.?
im 17 quite thin and want to be more bulkier in the future so should i start wokring but i dont want to get thinner out now or wait until ive put more weight on and then workout for better results in a year say.? also has anyone been in this situation and what did you do and what happened.?Health Question & Answer

Lift weights and EAT! If you're male, you should be able to eat in excess of 3000 Calories a day with at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Try for 40% carbs (green veggies, whole grains), 40% protein (chicken, tuna, fish), and 20% good fats (nuts, peanut butter). Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Along with a good lifting program that uses heavy weight and low reps (like a 5x5 program), you'll put on some solid muscle. Look for programs that go for the big compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, & rows.
