Question: Jog 3 times a week, will I see the difference.?!.?
If I go 3 30minute jogs a week, will I see a difference in my body in say, a month.?.?!

It will work for sure. One of the best things to do is take a photo of yourself now and don't look in a mirror until the end of the month. Compare photos - you will have changed heaps by then. Food is probably the most import part of this whole exercise by the way. With all the extra work you are putting you body through you want to make sure that you don't run your immune system down and end up catching the flu. Absolutely you will see a difference. I am an avid runner, I log about 20-25 miles a week, sometimes more. I also run marathons and races constantly. Here is my advice to you:
1. With running always start small and don't increase mileage or speed to quickly. Start by running a mile to two miles at a moderate pace (where you could easily talk and hold a conversation) and see how you feel.
2. Do not increase the speed or distance you run by more than 15% each week or you will hurt yourself and be laid up until you recover.
3. Try sprinkling in some speed play with your runs to build endurance and lactid acid. Do sprints for 30 secs to a min and then jog for the same amount of time.
4. On the days where you are not running be sure to build the muscles that help you run. Squats, jumping exercises, ab work, lunges are all great!
5. Always remember to stretch! This is SO important! Always stretch out for a good 5-10 mins after you run!

Well if you want good advice stick to this I have lost loads and I'm motonednever dayday.

No fad's fancey diat just follow the 5 fruit & veg a day rule. Eat soya bread (note its higher Fiber than any other bread. brown/what all brans contain less Fibrer than soya bread. When making meals bulk them up with thing like wholegrain pasta rice or noddless.

As for exercisese all youu need to maintain a healthy cardiovascularr work out is a 30minutee brisk walk each day.

Follow these's simplel rules and the weightt will just fall off in with in mouth'sh, I would beat my life on it!
