well not so fat... im 45 kg but i need to lose weight, i go walking 2 laps around ANZ stadium (in australia sydney) and i eat this in my day:
Sultana bran cerial, sandwich of ham or cheese etc, salad and some meat.
i have been doing this for like a week and im still the same! please help me and give some advice on wat to eat!Health Question & Answer

okay first of all roderick... you can either lose weight fast or you can lose it slow
its rly unhealthy for you to lose weight fast... because chances are your starving yourself and your losing a lot of your muscle mass
the real way to lose weight is to target fat loss and increase muscle mass
did you know that if you increase your muscle mass than you burn more fat ALL THE TIME.?
thats called raising your metabolism
gain some muscle, do some cardio, eat lots of healthy food (you don't have to starve yourself. Don't confine yourself to petite salads but dont engorge yourself in fast food either...)
remeber when thinking about what you need to eat.... you should do this
eat about 5 meals a day...
the largest portion of your plate should be vegetables
second should be whole grains
third should be some sort of protein... (chicken or fish is better than lean meat, but as long as your excercising either will be fine)
Excercise is also a important part of health loss
you can do approach this with a pincer-approach
from one end you can gain muscle (go lift weights and stuff) and the other end you do some cardio (to burn fat)
both will burn fat.... cardio burning fat immediately and gaining muscle burning fat in the long run
doing both at the same time works wonders as well...
that and the diet should get you losing around 2 lbs a week my friend (more if you starve yourself or overexcercise... but around 2 lbs is good)
remeber you can't become skinny overnight... so don't expect yourself to lose a ton of lbs in a week...
that sort of WEAK mindset will get you nowhere, you need to be willing to take the longer, harder road for true success and optimum results...
remeber... dont starve yourself if you do youll just binge eat
fill yourself up with vegetables! especially the green leafy kind! carrots too! they're high in fiber =]
avoid overly starchy ones though... like potatoes if you can
you should try to get most of your carbs from whole grains...

I use to be fat and overweight, and it wasn't until I changed my diet was when I finally got results.
So clean up your diet first, and get on a fat burning/muscle building workout routine.
This will raise your metabolic rate to burn off that flab!

maybe try workingout.? coz just walking doesnt really get ur heart pumping. try running jumprope or any cardio exercises and everything that makes u sweatHealth Question & Answer
