Question: HOW CAN I get TONED ARMS WITHOUT BULK.?
At the moment I am losing a Little weight [just a little cos I want to stay in the healthy weight range]

And I want to know how I can tone my arms up without making them more bulky.

doing jump rope helps,
doing starjumps/jumping jacks
and maybe a lightweight dumbell if you about 5 sets of 20 every day

they will be toned,you only get massive muscles if your lifting heavyweights and stuff

The way to get rid of flab from arms and tighten and tone them up is through regular sessions of cardio vascular exercise - especially jumping rope, running and if you have access to a gym, the rowing machine is excellent for toning and slimming the arms.

kdogpenny1 is right - If your want good muscular definition but don't want to look any bigger, work on your muscular endurance. That means lots of repetitions with only a little resistance.

Try doing reps of 20-30 curls with a 5 or 10 pound dumbbell and try a similar number of repetitions of tricep exercises (basically, any exercise that requires you to extend your arm).

You could try working your forearms, too, if you really want a full arm work out. To exercise your forearms I'd recommend buying an apparatus like the "wrist wripper" (see link below) or, better yet, just building a home-made version yourself.Health Question & Answer
