Question: I have a little arm flab, i'd like to know how to get rid of it.?
its that kind that you have on the bottom of your arm that shakes when you wave. lol... i wanna know what exercises i can do to eliminate it, but without getting muscly... like... just toned. :) thanks in advance

That is called bingo wings. the way to get rid of it is through regular sessions of cardio vascular exercise - especially jumping rope, running and if you have access to a gym, the rowing machine is excellent for toning and slimming the arms.

Well you weights are the perfect weight. Try holding your arms at your side, and while keeping your arms straight bring your arms up to shoulder level and back down. also try picking your arms up so that your elbows are beside your head, with your arms bent. Then slowly lift your forearms until they are straight, but be sure to keep your elbows as close to your head as possible to be effective. If you know this also try ballroom dancing closed-position (you can Google this) and with a very small movements lift your arms up and down. This moves zaps arm flab. Join a gym, get real equipment. As a girl, you can lift all the weights in the world and never get bulky. You don't have enough testosterone to do it. My wife is 5'7 120 lbs female figure competitor. She lifts tons of weights, and eats tons of protien, yet she isn't bulky. She is incredibly trim though. Girls can't get bulky. The best way to loose that flab is to not only lift weights, but do cardio and eat healthy. You can't just target one area for fat loss, it doesn't work like that. Your body burns fat as a whole. I suggest training like a natural female bodybuilder. wwww.bodybuilding,com has great tips for ladies, and even training regimens. As for that little bit of flab, lots of women have it. The reason you see women having it and not men, is because that area is an androgen site. So unless you take steriods, you are always going to have some fat there.
