Answers:
1) its not how much you lift its how you lift it.
*in other words its all about form don't worry about how much weight you can lift till you get bigger.
2) stimulate don't annilate.
*most beginners tend to over-work themselves, you need to give you body time to re-build itself after you tear it down.
3) Bodybuilding is 80% nutrition.
*make sure you consume 1 gram of protien per lb of weight, and eat lot of fiber and take a multi-vitaman daily.
-whey protien(fast digesting) before and after workouts.
-casien(slow digesting) before bed or in between meals.
4) Be aware of the 40 minute window you have after workingout.
*after a workout you need to refuel you system imeditely with:
-fast digesting carbs(gatorade)
-protien(a mix of casien and whey is best).
5) Consistency
*you need to be working out on a daily basis, sticking to your workout schulde and staying motivated.
6) Diversify
*mix up you workouts always shock your body in different ways to keep growing.
*ask for help if you see someone doing an exersize you've never seen or done before ask them how to do it and what it works.
