Question: I work out everyday so tell me this though....?
I want abs real bad. I have a some what flat stomach other then my love handles are now starting to show(not real bad but are showing) I am just wandering how long does it take to get thisall toned. I run 20 minutes a day on the tread mill, I do 10 push ups Day(hey im weak) i do 100 crunches a night every night. plus i do 100 lunges as well. i wanna be real toned.how long will i eventually see results if i consistently do this all everyday. first off you need to eat right and stay away from high-glycemic foods aka refined foods. also you could do 1 million cruches and it wouldn't help you. its not that they don't work its that your body gets use to them so you have to diversify you ab workouts greatly.Health Question & Answer

100 crunches and 100 lunges do nothing i hope you understand this.? it is not resistance training, its funny if youve been working out long,sorry bout being mean, but you need to start doing weight crunches 10-15 reps...doing anything 100 times you are not shocking your body, even if you are sore after doing 100 crunches its not "growing" the muscle. take a couple at weeks at the least. try changing around your exercises every night because your body gets too used at them

if you really want to get toned best thing i can recommend is pilates - after around 16 classes u will see a difference. tones your whole body. stick with it for a while and u will see results.Health Question & Answer

first off from you r pic it appears to me that your a girl and if your love handles are just starting to show then you still developing(around ur early teens) the your most likely too young to the many muscles that you've already targeted keep up the work and thell show.Health Question & Answer

try being in a push-up position but on your forearm with your hands locked together under your head. it's super hard to hold this position and tones the abs better than anything else I've tried. Abs are hard to work out, it will take a while.Health Question & Answer
