i have a big judo camp coming up and it includes lots and lots of running , and training , and...judo but i don't want it to be another near death experience haha ( like last year! ) so i was wondering what would be the best way to build up my cardio for running and judo .? so that i don't get so tiered on 6 mile runs.? thanks x .

Start running now, the more you run, the easier it is. build up your enduance. If you own a treadmill, or you can simply go outside, everyday for 10 mins a day, then build up your minutes, you will be able to tell come the 6 mile run, how much easier it is , because your body will be stronger, and it can go longer with your new found endurance!Health Question & Answer
