How to maintain weight after weight gain?!


Question: How to maintain weight after weight gain.?
i was very underweight, so i had been gaining weight for the past 3 months.. but im finally at a healthy weight and dont want to gain anymore... how do i stop gaining if i even am anymore.? i dont know. how can i maintain my weight.?Health Question & Answer

Keep doing what you are doing.
Don't over it and of course dont under eat.
You obviously know that keeping a healthy diet and exercise at least once a week will help mantain that healhty weight that you are now.

I ma glad you are concerned about your weight. You should eat according to your age range. There is a healthy amount of calories you should eat per day. I advice you to eat salad once a day and always to eat fruits in between meals. Have 5 or 6 different lightmeals throug out the day. Don't eat 3 heavy meals. Always eat dinner before 7.00pm and never eat a heavy dinner. Soup works fine and have a good bfast. Not too heavy and not too light. Always squeeze your butt when u sit down, anywhere. It helps loose weight!
