Question: Does anybody hve any idea how much calories burned for all these work out per day.?
jogging with a slow rythm for 30 mins

jumping rope without too much break for 30 mins

practicing boxing ( left jab, or straight right hand punch) 200 each time ( im all sweaty after that )

doin 200 sit-ups in 4 sets..takes about 40 mins including alot of break
