Can anyone help.? I eat healthily, exercise regularly, im fairly muscular around the back, arms, legs and shoulders. I drink a lot of water. I dont eat sugary snacks, overly fatty foods and drink coke, much alcohol or anything with too much sugar. Yet i am chubby. The problem got hughlighted to me when i went on holiday with some fit and some thin people, i ate less and more healthy than them and was much fitter yet i am not the shape i really should be...
Im 5ft 10" about 13 stone.

In the morning when you wake up drink a 1 glass of warm water with lemon.
you do not need any other thing to keep your metabolic rate strong.
