How can I control my hunger better?!


Question: How can I control my hunger better.?
Ok I had a baby almost 10 weeks ago. I got spoiled by the fact that my obgyn told me I could pretty much eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted (very underweight pre-pregnancy) now that I've had my son and I am back at work my body still wants to eat all the time it seems. I am not overweight by any means 115 and 5'7 but I would prefer not being much more heavier if possible. How can I stop getting so hungry all the time.? My body tells me I'm hungry for full meals at least 5-6 times a day so how can I control my hunger.?Health Question & Answer

I saw a nutricionist last week and, in a nutshell, he said.

BIG breakfast
mid-morning snack
GOOD Lunch
mid-afternoon snack
poor dinner.

More fiber and more protein (both will fill you up) Since your watching your weight be sure to get fiber from whole grain sources. And include protein with every meal that will sustain you longer. You should eat 5-6 small meals daily, how about a protein shake on one of the meals.? Peanut butter on whole grain english muffin or toast with banana on top (that will surely keep you full!!)
