100 Crunches Every Other Night... Accomplishes Anything?!


Question: 100 Crunches Every Other Night... Accomplishes Anything.?
I do 40 forward crunches. 30 left crunches; 30 right crunches. Than 20 leg lifts for each leg. I've done this every other night for about 2 weeks.

It hurts towards the end of doing these exercises, but I feel NOTHING the next day. Does that mean it's not doing anything.? I always assumed you should be sore and in pain the day after working out.? Should I add more crunches, etc.? I was going to increase the number every 2 weeks.Health Question & Answer

when lifting you should take a day off after you lift..

with crunches, however, its not necessary. Don't do the day off. If you are having trouble with this amount every night, I suggest that you lower the number that you do, but keep up every night. It is important to stay constant, and the day if is your problem..

After doing this for acouple of days it probably will hurt..but it's the good hurt....the only bad thing is ab workouts make sneezing hurt SO MUCH..

your doing way to many all you need to do is 3 sets of 10 - 12 reps, add 2 sets of 8 reps of oblique crunches like you have been doing and thats all you need, eat healthy and eat plenty of protein and drink 2 - 3 litres of water a day and you will soon see them sexy abs lol.

just because you dont sore the next day dosnt meen its not working! aslong as you do streches after them then it will NOT hurt the next morning(i hopel lol) so dont worry it will soon pay ofHealth Question & Answer
