Question: EASY WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT !!!!!!!!!!.?
hey; i was wondering if there was anyway to loose weight without dieting. exercising is OK for me. i dont want to hear about diets with pills, and like a special thing or whatever, just a way to loose weight by dieting somewhat but minimumly, with exersie. i know that this is a hard question to answer so please if you can help me; it would be great:]

I have your answers- i rescently lost 15 pounds this way. The key is to eat smaller meals- instead of three large meals. Then integrate small snacks throughout the day. If you keep meals small and find you eat when your hungary and no more the pounds will melt off. This is not that im saying eat ice cream or cookies- that wont help much. try a snack such as apples with peanutbutter, or and handfull of crasians- there like candy yumm! and another simple solution drink tons more water- try to replace the soda, coffee and tea or meaningless calories you pour into your body think light like water it will also help your skin ;>

Well no diet pills really work.
If you want to loose weight quickly only way is to stop eating! But that is really unhealthy and does not really do a lot of good as your bodybecausee less energetic and you loose muscle not fat.
I would suggest eating small mealsthroughoutt the day, as your stomach is designed to digest every 4 - 5 hours. Cut out any snacks try and avoid fizzy drinks (water is the best)Health Question & Answer

You know what.? My sister and I started cycling this summer, and we each lost 10-15 pounds very quickly. It just melted off and before I knew it, my skinny jeans were too small! We biked 10-20 miles daily. We pretty much ate what we wanted (didn't go over-board mind you, no binging or anything) and the calories burned right up. I undersdand it is winter and not really prime weather for cycling, but look into joining a cycling class at a wellness center. You could also use a stationary bike at home. The miles don't have to be all at once either- I would go out for a bit in the morning, and maybe again around lunch, and then after dinner. It depends on your stamina! I agree water is a great way to curb your appetite, but your body does need food for energy especially if you are going to be exercising. My suggestion would be to adjust your cal intake according to the amount of exercise that you are going to be doing each day. And by breaking up your meals into five small meals vs three larger meals, your metabolism will stay high and your will have more energy and will be able to burn more cals.

by starving your self and limiting your food intake your body will actually go into survival mood and take any cal it can and turn them into fat, good if you are lost in the woods, but not so much if you want to loose weight.

I would say cardio over weight lifting will be your best bet to loose weight. This can be as easy as going for a run in the morning or walking to work ( or parking on the far end of the parking lot) and taking the stairs vs the elevator.

You CAN do it, it might take a change in life style, but with the right mind set anyone can achieve a goal of weight loss and you will look and feel better with more energy, better skin and a different prospective on life.
