Weight loss tips??? for fast results ?!

Question: Weight loss tips.?.?.? for fast results .?
anything!! I have a goal of 20 lbs. or so I want to drop b4 x-mas without a weird flush diet, puking or starving myself. [no offense to people that do this, it is just not 4 me]Health Question & Answer

Answers:
1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER.Carry a gallon of water around with you with little goal markers written on it to incourage you to drink more,

2. DO ANY TYPE OF CARDIO you like (running, speed walking, swimming, jump rope, eliptical, etc) EVERY day. Just try and keep your heart rate over... oh... about 130.

3. DONT STARVE YOURSELF! When your daily calorie intake drops too low, your body thinks its starving. It respondes by holding on to every little bit of fat it can get and not letting go.

4. EAT 4-6 SMALL MEALS A DAY instead of 3 big ones. This, believe it or not, speeds up your metabolism.

5. TAKE HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE, this raises your body temp very slightly and therefore increses your calorie burning.

6. EAT NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS. For some foods, your body actually burns more calories digesting them then the food containes, leaving you negative.

7. DONT GET FRUSTRATED AND BE CONSITANT. Weight loss takes time. You are NOT going to wake up in the morning and say "WOW! Im thinner!". If you lose the weight too fast, your just going to regain it all, if not more when you start eating normal again. Be healthy, be commited, and be persistant. If you do everything I said, I promise you will lose weight

Health Question & Answer

lol, no reason to puke or starve :) I was overweight after having my son and tried just about everything for a year before joining Weight Watchers. The results are fast. I lost 10lbs in a month and I was still losing when I left but I got pregnant again so I had to stop the program. I would highly recommend this. It's really not expensive and you can join for one month, gain the tools needed, and quit the membership if you want, but I recommend going to the meetings. They are nowhere near as bad as the rumors! I found it very hard to cut out certain foods and with this program, you can eat whatever you want, you are just watching your portion sizes. You don't feel as though you are on a diet therefore you never feel like your cheating and want to quit. Health Question & Answer

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).Health Question & Answer

Health Question & Answer

you are a woman. for women to lose weight they have to reduce their calorie intake. 20lbs by xmas should be a doddle thats only 4lbs a week.
1lb=3500kCal, so you need to reduce your calorie intake by 12,000kCal per week or 1,700kCal per day. since the recommended daily intake for a woman is 2000kCal per day this is too much, u cannot eat only 300kCal a day. eat about 800 per day and make up the rest with excercise. this shouldnt be too unhealthy for 5 weeks, but when xmas arrives dont jump straight back into old habits as the weight will come straight back. instead continue excersising and increase your calorie intake gradually until you get back to the 2000kCal recommended - this way you will maintain your new weight.
Health Question & Answer

All natural..

Cooked without seasoned and raw fruits and veggies..

Steamed or cooked can actually cause you to gain weight..

Stick with grilled chicken and fish..

Drink water with protein before each meal (3) or a handful of walnuts(it fills you up) wait a half hour then eat 100-300 calories..

also drink water.. The colder the better because your body has to work harder to keep its temp up

If you can't raise it or grow it don't eat it..

It sounds boring but it works..
