Best full body workout?!

What's the best full body workout, focusing mostly on love handles and tummy.

I sympathize, it is definately hard to get to the gym with little one's around. If you really want to get some good exercise without leaving the house, I recommend a good pilates video. Hi, My son is 6 months old as well! Let me tell you, A lot of sit ups and stay away from fatty foods, It's so hard, I know! I still sneak in my soda's here and there, I love Coke...I don't mind diet coke either. When you are sitting on the couch or whatnot, tighten your tummy muscles, no one will even know that your exercising while your sitting, My grandma taught me that one, She's was an Obstetric Nurse. Take a lot of walks with your daughter and your tummy will shrink back to normal.

I'd say for cardio, definitely the elliptical. Hands down. But you have to work out on the ones with the handlebars that go back and forth so that you're working your upper body as well. They're incredible.Health Question & Answer
