How did this happen?...............?!
Question: How did this happen.?................?
I was a size 12 for a while, pretty much ever since I had my son about 2 yrs ago...anyways....they have been getting loose since I started dieting/exercising and this morning I tried on a pair of my old size 9 jeans and they fit! I was so excited but then when I weighed myself, I still weighed the same. How Is it possible to not lose any lbs but still lose sizes.? They are the same brand of jeans I always wear?Health Question & Answer

Muscle weighs more than fat for volume .
As people get healthier , they shed fat volume and pick up muscle .
Which is why it is a totally lame idea to obsess over the numbers on the scale .

While your losing weight, your gaining muscle and muscle weighs more then fat. It may take longer to lose weight but you are slimming up and that's a good thing. I wouldn't be worried about it just continue doing what your doing and good luck!Health Question & Answer
Muscle weighs more than fat. So you may be loosing fat but gaining muscle. That's about the only thing I can come up with. Either that or you may be carrying your weight in a different place than you used to.Health Question & Answer
