Question: I Really Need HELP....... 10 points for who can give me the Right answer first.?
Okay, well early this year i weighed 185, and i'm 6ft tall..
I was just a little overwieght but since i was sooo tall, you really couldn't tell i was Fat..
Well anyways i lost 45 pounds in 2 months..
And now im on a REALLY strict diet..
And im very skinny and muscular now..

But my questions isss, i lost all this wieght mainly too lose weight in my Chest Area..
And even though i have a very muscular body, arms, legs, butt, and my sides. I still have weight on my Chest..
Why.?.?.?.?
I try everthing, i run, do sit ups, push ups..
I do that EVERYDAY, no lie( and i've been working out since February)
But i dont workout Sunday, but anyways what are some ways too lose weight in the chest, cause i really would like too know..
And if i cant lose it, im going to get plastic surgery..

i think you should do more excercise/workouts that focuses on your chest area.
running is good for overall body, situps focuses on abs/back, and pushups focus on arms.
if i were you i'd get a special trainer, or ask a gym teacher or look up online on some workouts for your pecs/chest area.

keep doing the rest of the workout as well, and eat
healthy balanced meals, drink lots of water, and good luck

oh and, come on now. no need for plastic surgery on your chest

You probably have a MILD case of gynecomastia.

A lot of men have this problem and unfortunately it cannot be fixed without surgery. Even if you lose weight, you will still have some fat on your chest that you will not be able to get rid of. It is hereditary mostly.

Men dont like very skinny girls and your super tall, so i would say if you had some curves you wouldnt look as tall, weight makes people appear shorter then they are.

Abdominal exercises would help. Do you go to the gym.? Cuz the gym should have this machine to work your biceps but it would also work your chest muscles. The machine where you sit down and exercise your arms in and out. Idk if my description helps but yeah you probably know wat i'm sayin! Lol but that should definitely help.Health Question & Answer

Plus, i think you should stop being on a REALLY strict diet. Really strict diets are usually not very good for you.

See a GP. Your body is meant to have fat on it,its in case you get sick or pregnant or for some reason can't eat. Or you could just check out your BMI. You could very well be anorexic.Health Question & Answer

hmmm...well different people carry their weight differently, girls and boys etc. your case could be genetic where you store fat, but that does not mean you can't get rid of it!!!

since you lost that weight so quickly, that's why it's kind of uneven. (your body hasn't adjusted and you burn the fat in different places first) wait a few months and lose a few more pounds maybe, so your body knows its not a starvation period, but it's going to be long-term. also, if you're building lots of muscle, that builds under the fat, so that could be adding to why it looks bigger. there, HOPE I HELPED!!! good luck dude :)Health Question & Answer
