Some easy ways to help lose weight: Don't drink any sugary drinks. That includes soda, fruit juices, sweetened coffee or tea. Don't eat fried or deep fried foods. (Reduce fat and sugar intake) Instead of eating fast foods or sweets try to eat vegetables and fruits. Just try to make healthier food choices.

For exercising you should aim for 40-60 minutes of cardio. Running, cycling, swimming, going on the elipiticals or even walking. Any physical activity you add to your life will help.
