Question: Need to get toned by next saturday!.?
Okay so here's the story, My boyfriend has been out of town for two months (sad i know:( ) and i was ingood shape when he left, i don't know why but i kind let myself go in the two month period. Not drastically, but you can defiantly tell. i need to lose it by next saturday when he comes home! I'm going to be running about 4 miles doing crunches and ball exercises till than do you honestly think it will work by next saturday.?Health Question & Answer

The best way to lose weight quick is defiantly burning off the fat while running. Your body stores glycogen and glucose and when theirs an abundance of these sugars they get stored into fat. Your body burns fat when your exercising at a steady pace ex. running at a steady pace for 6 miles. The longer you run, the more glucose and glycogen storage's your body breaks down for energy. When you know you've run too much, you may feel light headed or dizzy due to the fact you have burned all your sugar storage's but you will not reach this unless you perform a marathon of some sort. The best advice to loosing weight quickly is to run 2 times a day. I strictly recommend that you do NOT skip meals but simply cut all the high fatty foods in your diet and stick to whole wheat's, fruits and vegetables. also you wanna be drinking lots of water, the recommended water intake for each person is 8 glasses, try to reach this goal and more if possible. Unfortunately weight loss is not a day process, it consists of maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly daily for at least an hour. Try not to push yourself to your max because since your not used to exercising your body will not handle the shock well. You probably won't lose any noticable weight in a week unless you work really hard. Swimming and running are defiantly a good way but honestly it will only shift maximum 5 pounds. So yeh it's possible but only if you work incredibly hard. Anyway if your boyfriend is any decent boyfriend he wont care anyway and if he does he isn't worth having. Your probably just curvy anyway and most men prefer that. My tip: Just don't worry about it :)Health Question & Answer

Hey! so do i. except i'm going to brazil and i have to look good in a swim suit =P. i've been running in the mornings for about an hour, and then again at evening (an hour before i eat dinner..not too soon or else id get sick). but i am trying to keep my metabolism up all day! i also switched to a vegetarian diet. i've only been doing this for a week so i'm not suffering. only veggies & fruits (for breakfast/lunch) and sushi (dinner) for me. i also do about 100 sit ups before i go to bed. i am not noramlly this crazy but i guess you gotta do whatever to look good. if you still feel that you dont look as good as before when you see him then go out and buy a new dress or somethin! if that does help then buy yourself some confidence hahaha jk. but seriously i really know how you feel and its driving me insane but its worth it in the end when you take the pictures.....keep up the good work though.Health Question & Answer

you'll feel results that's forsure. My theory is when you feel better on the inside you look better on the outside. So if you're feeling confident about you're body and proud because of how hard you worked i'm sure you will get results.

Ooo.. this is a toughy. Honestly, it will definatly, temporarily work. So,when your boyfriend comes home. You'll LOOK thinner. But, once you go back to the regular habits. You'll start gaining it back. I'm sorry. It's sad but true. :(Health Question & Answer

Ok:

Yep do the running every day.
Do A LOT of squats it will really help you tone up.
Do some 100m sprints every day
Try running up and down stairs
Don't eat any crap lol.
