Questions about losing weight?!

Question: Questions about losing weight.?
I am a lacrosse goalie newly retired football player and I am trying to find a way to lose weight and get into shape. I have some questions. What plays a more vital role in losing weight, running and burning carbs, or eating lightly. I'm doing both I'm just trying to figure out which one I should focus on because I am trying to get faster and have a quicker reaction time along with more endurance. also if I'm a trying to lose weight, should I stop lifting.? I'm concerned that running and eating lightly will make me smaller and lifting will make me bigger. also if you have any other hints on losing weight can you throw them in there. My goal is to loss 30-45 pounds by March when lacrosse season starts. ThanksHealth Question & Answer

If you are looking for endurance I'd suggest you change your exercise plan to running or equipment that is meant for cardio such as treadmill.

You have plenty of time if you are going for 30-45 lbs by March to avoid a crash diet. Just cut your portions and eat a healthy, balanced diet.

If you get closer to the March timeframe and you still haven't dropped all the pound you need to lose, a healthy way to lose weight is to use a colon cleanse. It also helps to remove toxins that build up in the body. You can read more about this method of weight loss here:

If you are still a teen, make sure that your parents are aware and approve of your exercise and diet plan.
