Question: Could i lose weight by doing this.?
If i walk 25 minutes in the morning 25 minutes at night and did 25 push up and crunches.? and ate better.?Health Question & Answer

Of course! also, eating metabolism speeding foods will help. I do not recommend taking any diet pills, because they defiantly do not work.
Here's my routine:
-Breakfast. Healthy bowl of Vector cereal, apple on the side. Half a cup of milk. (Or, sometimes, I have a hot cup of green tea. Green tea is a metabolism speeding drink)
- School. I do a lot of walking in the hallways, so I tend to mention this. I also have Yoga every Wednesday. also, drama class gives you quite a work-out.
-Lunch. Usually, I will have corned beef on whole wheat bread, with horseradish mustard. Spicy foods, such as horseradish, also speed up your metabolism (which, I suppose, is another way of saying makes you need to use the washroom more often >< That's why foods with a lot of fiber are also metabolism foods).
-More school.
-Answering questions on yahooanswers (which really isn't a good example, I'm just being truthful)
-Dinner. My dinner will vary often. But I at least have a meat or fish portion (the size of your palm, no bigger, no smaller), a side of vegetables, a salad and rice or potatoes.
-Half an hour 'walking'. I use a 'Glider' machine, and just work out while watching CSI Miami. With a Glider, you don't feel how much it's working until you get off, and realize you can't walk or feel your legs. Fantastic! I take a thirty minute break, to regain my strength. Then, I do an intense work-out, from 30 to 60 minutes. I find it's easiest to work-out to pumping music, like The Black Eyed Peas and Gwen Stefani. Screamo music is good for Kick Boxing though. My work-out has exercises from push-ups to sit-ups.

Eating better would definitely help.

25 push ups will only make you stronger, unless that really gets you sweating.

Walking will be helpful, yes, but jogging or something that'll get your heartbeat up a bit more will be unbelievably better.Health Question & Answer
