dude i am 15 and i have found a way that puts on muscle extremely fast non stop. i really think i am getting better results than guys on steroids. on this plan i gained 20 pounds of pure muscle in three weeks and my bench goes up at least 10 pounds a week. best of all i dont take any supplements not even protien. i am 6`2 and 180 lbs and my bodyfat % is 6.5.
if you email me your max bench press, squat, and deadlift i will make you a full 6 week workout and when your done with that give me your stats again and i will make a new one.
this plan was made only by me i have tried many workout plans the hardest being GVT, but this workout is like ten times more effective and on my plan you will spend at the most an 2 hours a week in the gym.

Is that the question you thought you were asking.? Why need a workout plan if you wish to gain weight.?
If you mean to lose 40 pounds my next year, then yes it's possible. One can safely lose 2 pounds a week, therefore 8 pounds a month.
12*8=96.
Of course, it is very unlikely for a person to lose weight at that rate, continuously. Plateau's are reached. But it's possible, especially for one of your age.
Now, if you *did* mean what you wrote . . . why ask.? Just eat a lot, you'll gain the weight.
