Health Question & Answer

i remember watching celebrity fit club, and i remember the one guy always eating salmon and broccoli for dinner and i don't think he had any starch. i'm not sure what his breakfast was.

you can also try like jared and do the subway diet. buy some hoagie rolls, baked chips, turkey breast, and all the veggie fixins you like. he didn't eat brkfst. for lunch, he ate a 6' sub, chips, diet soda and for dinner he ate a whole sub, chips, and diet soda.

both of these are monotonous so you may get bored so really consider b/f doing. also, i would definetly eat something for breakfast for the subway diet unlike jared. maybe some oatmeal and an orange.

hope this lucks and good luck losing weight.Health Question & Answer

Breakfast: Grapefruit, Hard-boiled egg
Lunch: Veggies and fruits
Dinner: Roast Turkey Breast

What you want to avoid is an excess of Carbs, Fats and sodium. Drink a lot of water and don't salt anything. Try to cut out cheese and milk and all types of dairy, as well as anything with added sugar. This means mostly everything that tastes good. But that doesn't mean that you can't make healthy food taste better. Experiment and check out some online resources. I used a website called "The Daily Plate" to lose 15 pounds in 1 month, no fad diets or pills, just good old dieting and exercise.
