Before work: 2 egg whites

Breakfast:
Light yogurt
English muffin with light laughing cow cheese

Mid morning

Sandwich

it seems heavy on dairy and really light on fruits and veggies. without variety you are going to get really bored with eating this every day. try expanding with more veggies like corn, asparagus, peppers carrots etc. also expand your fruit right now apples are in season but during the summer is the best for watermelon (good water food) and grapes, pears, peaches etc. you might want to try learning to make lean dinners for yourself as opposed to lean cuisine. again not totally bad but your will get bored. good luckHealth Question & Answer

It looks pretty balanced. For each meal, it should include a healthy protien, a healthy fat (olive oil, butter, cheese, etc), a healthy carb (whole grain pasta, wheat bread, etc), and as many fruits and veggies as you want. (usually serving size is about a cup but because of all of the fiber/healthy benefits, you can usually eat more and be ok)Health Question & Answer

Sure, as long as that Lean Cuisine is free of preservatives or other unhealthy ingredients, thats all good. It seems a little skimpy to me though, but as long as you're full.
What are you trying to accomplish.? As a one-day this is good, but eating the same thing over and over again is bad. How much of a health freak do you want to be.? You could do away with salad-dressing for example, or eat only Hearts of Romaine lettuce in your salad.

p.s. Egg whites is generally unnecessary. I know it's trumped up by the health-scene, but unless you're a body-builder there is nothing wrong with some yokes ;) Health Question & Answer

wow that sounds really good and i think you are really doing good maybe after work if you have time then you should work out or before work and maybe eat more in the morning because then you can ghet rid of it the rest of the day and after dinner make sure you don't get hungry becaus ethen it will stay in your stomach for the rest of the night, but good job so far keep it up! good luck!!!!Health Question & Answer

make sure you have whole meal bread, it releases energy slowly and some hoe it makes you feel better.

try to avoid carbs nearer the end of the day as your body will be unable to burn them, but don't have something too light as you need energy to sleep.

Not enough vegetables or fruits. The lean cuisine has too much sodium and are not healthy for you at all. What do you drink.? You don't say anything about that. What kind of sandwich.? try to take juice plus vitamins and make sure your getting a good bit of whole wheat stuff and all of your servings of fruits and vegetables. but a great vitamin that will give you those servings is juice plus. i dont have a link but you can google it. but always remember to drink a ton of water that is one of the most important thingsHealth Question & Answer

In my opinion that is super healthy I mean you should be super super skinny because I eat a lot and I weight 80 something pounds or 90 even though sometimes I eat salad.Even though you could try eating more fruit.But you know I'm not an expert or know any thing about health so if you don't feel comfortable with my answer that is totally ok with me. This diet sounds good to me! Keep it up, but be sure you are drinking ALOT of water! carry a nalgene bottle with you wherever you go. And if you want to manage weight even better go to the gym...pick up yoga its' awesome, it tones and slims your body.Health Question & Answer

For the most part I would say you are eating healthy, but look at the package of lean cuisine. I'm not positive but most packaged things have a lot of salt (sodium) in it. Other than that you are eating healthy. Health Question & Answer
