get some ankle weights. What you want to do is find the right amount of weight to perform exactly 10 repetitions. With the ankle weights on your ankles, lift your legs with your knees extended. You want to find the right amount weight to perform 10 reps only without being able to perform the 11th rep. This is your 10 rep max. To increase strength you want maximal resistance with minimal repetitions. to increase endurance you do the opposite. start in a situp position with your body in a V shape, making the V with your trunk and your upper legs, resting on your butt.
feet in the air
you should already feel it in your abs.

no roll to one side, and transition to your front pelvic area on the ground, but try to retain the same V shape in a trunk lift (maybe you know this as a "superman".?). keep rolling, back into the situp position. roll again into the trunk lift.

so basically youre just rolling over and over, in between a situp and a trunk lift. this exercise will make your core extremely strong.
