Need dieting/exercising tips.?!


Question: Need dieting/exercising tips..?
I'm 13, about 5'1 and i weigh like 115. I'm a boy and i have kind of a pot belly. Everyday i eat maybe around 1500 calories. Does anyone know what kind of exercises/activities i should be doing to lose some weight.? My goal is 100 by 1/1/09.Health Question & Answer

You should be eating breakfast in the morning! And then continue to eat healthy snacks every three to four hours to keep your metabolism up. Eat light healthy meals and you should see your weight melt away. Try taking a walk in the morning before school and after school, do some fun activities with friends like basketball or football, something to get your heart really pumping! You really do not need to lose weight seriously at your age esp been a guy a growth sput will be coming just make sure you have a balanced diet and have exercise play football do sit ups abd push ups but please dont go freaking about your weight, its a habit thats hard to get out of !!Have a goal to be healthy!Health Question & Answer
