Question: Tredmill or elliptical for weightloss.? (7 lbs!).?
which is better to lose weight quicker.?

i'm 140 lbs. and looking to be around 133-135.
20 years old and 5'4'.

which is better for quicker more efficient weightloss..

the elliptical or the tredmill for 4 miles a day.?
i will be doing it 5 times a week.

and how long do you think this will take.?

the eliptical has worked wonders for me in the past. after a week or two of doing it though, your body may get used to it, and you want to be sure to work different muscles. for that reason, i would suggest using the treadmill for maybe 2 or 3 miles a week. as long as your body always feels challenged, like you're working on different areas, you should have great results. hope this helps!Health Question & Answer
